The famous and historic Golden Lane in Prague Castle (Czech Republic) has become pretty expensive and overly crowded during the day. Luckily, it was freely accessible at night and there was hardly a soul to be seen. Much better :-)

I'm not sure if there was any specific reason to it, but on this particular sunny day in July, the Puget Sound (Seattle, US) was filled with small sailboats.

This was originally a very vague and misty picture of a bicycle road near the "Big Pond" (Grote Vijver) in Rumst (near Mechelen, Belgium). I removed the color and enhanced the detail a lot, and finally added an artificial amount of vignetting which made it look like a view from a ship's telescope.
